Refund Policy
Grafyra Lab provides digital design services and custom deliverables. Because our work is time-based and tailored to your project, refund eligibility depends on project status and what has already been produced. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how requests are handled.
1. Digital services and customization
Our services include concept design, mood boards, palettes, layout guidance, and photorealistic 3D/4K renders. Each project is customized to your inputs. Once work starts, our time and creative production are invested, which limits the ability to offer blanket refunds.
2. Before work begins
If you request cancellation before project work begins (for example, before intake review and concept drafting), you may be eligible for a full refund. “Work begins” typically includes reviewing your intake, planning a design direction, sourcing references, or setting up a render scene.
- Refund timing may depend on payment processor settlement windows.
- Administrative fees may apply if required by the payment platform or currency conversion.
3. After work begins
If work has started, a refund (if any) is assessed on a prorated basis. We consider completed milestones such as: intake processing, concept development, mood board creation, layout drafting, and rendering production.
- Time spent reviewing materials and building the design direction is billable.
- Completed draft deliverables may be delivered even if you cancel mid-project.
- Requests to “start over” with a new style direction may be treated as a new scope, not a refund trigger.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital custom work:
- Finalized or delivered 3D/4K renders and exported files.
- Completed concept packages, mood boards, material palettes, and written recommendations delivered to you.
- Add-ons that have been completed (rush production, extra angles, additional rooms, extended revisions).
- Work paused due to missing client inputs beyond reasonable waiting periods.
5. Revisions and satisfaction
We aim for clarity, elegance, and alignment with your goals. If something feels off, revisions are the primary method for refinement. Refunds are not issued simply because you dislike a style direction that matched the inputs provided; however, we will make reasonable efforts within the included revision scope to adjust the outcome.
- Please consolidate feedback so we can respond efficiently.
- Out-of-scope changes can be quoted as an add-on.
- Color and material appearance may vary across screens and real-world lighting conditions.
6. Duplicate charges and billing errors
If you believe you were charged twice or billed incorrectly, we will investigate and correct confirmed errors. Provide the order reference and any relevant transaction details so we can locate the charge.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us and include: your name, email used at checkout, order reference (if available), a short explanation, and the project status (what you received so far). We may ask for clarification to ensure accuracy.
- We typically respond within 1–3 business days depending on volume.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, the project may be paused while we respond to the dispute. We encourage resolving issues directly so we can provide clarity, revisions, or a fair prorated outcome when applicable.
9. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. The effective date shows when the latest version applies.
